This was a challenge for me. tho I did reach my goal for blue tint color. but it seems too mediocre.

fuckpics are bit dealyed. I was finishing this sketch.
So basically it's Kim il sung. (grandad of Kim jung eun) with bit tweaked maid assassin.
It'll have some blue tint, with very cold atmosphere. I'm practicing some colors right now....
