Huge upcoming feature: User contribution!

So, to the point: We're thinking of letting users contribute. We haven't started implementing the feature yet, as we need time to think it through. It will take time to implement, but I hope you agree that it will be VERY worth it if it works well. Ideally, yiffer.xyz will end up being updated at the same pace as other pages driven by ordinary users, like e621. We'd be curious to hear your ideas on the topic! You can answer the poll, and if you've got other thoughts, feel free to leave them as comments!

Currently, the plan is to

- Allow users to upload pages to WIP comics. There will be a checkbox stating "I confirm that this page is accessible to the public in the uploaded resolution" or something like that.

- Allow users to add new comics. A comic uploaded by a user can be viewed and updated by them while it is pending (pages as well as name/tags/etc). With spelling/capitalization guides and other help needed to ensure quality.

- Initially, but probably forever, mods will have the job of approving both kinds of contributions, for obvious reasons.

- We're thinking of making a new page, a "contribution dashboard", where users can track the status of all kinds of contributions (pending, accepted, rejected). We'll probably bake the current tag suggestion and comic problem reporting into this as well.

- We might also make this into some kind of scoring system. If we do, the top weekly or monthly contributors might be displayed somewhere on the site.

- Users will need to be logged in to contribute this way. It will lead to fewer contributions, but it'll be easier to prevent abuse. If it works well but we don't see enough activity, we MIGHT try to also allow guests to contribute. Hopefully this can be avoided, as it does not work out-of-the-box with much of the above.
