Meatier Showers 2024 - 04 Draft

As we progress through Meatier Showers: Stargazer, the pages have become progressively complex with more panels and details. With dinner cancelled, Pridestar is throwing a tantrum and scaring off poor Preyford's customers. Tanz and Groover arrive to Preyford's aid.

While this was compositionally pleasing, I realized I needed just ONE MORE panel to make the conversation and punchline work! It's such a shame because I really liked having that widescreen midshot of Tanz picking up Pridestar like a doll.

We can now see the juxtaposition of how Tanz treats Pridestar, and Groover with his snide remarks which only worsen the situation! It's a crowded page of 6 panels, but I think it works better now with Groover giving in and trying to pacify Pridestar.
