Thought I'd share how I usually start a video. Basically, I'll just do all the lipsyncing upto where the gameplay footage comes in.  So..usually a floating mouth since that's the important part. I add all the heads and backgrounds afterwards.

Lip sync testing

So just added a "oo" type mouth to the lip syncing. Think it makes it less repetitive but doesn't make it much more complicated to do.

Not even sure if it looks right haha. But thought I'd share anyway.
