One thing that can lead to faded desaturated prints with dye sub is moisture and humidity.
Any easy fix for this is to press the mesh first for like a second. Amd then place the print and the mesh on the tray and hold the heat above it...

Use super glue and tweezers to glue down large chunks of glitter. For small fine glitter use a paint brush and Elmer's glue. When you're done seal everything with acrylic sealer.
