I did all similar things to the last one!
-Added glow to the orange on the wings.
-Used a cloud photo and the render->clouds tool to make fog.
-Darkened the overall photo.

Changed the sky into a storm sky with lightning with an image found via pixabay.
My one wing was hidden exactly behind the hat .-. So I copied the other wing, flipped it and added it to that side...
