but it must be delayed because i cant find good graphic card. popularity of cryptocurrency mining makes them really rare and expensive. people sell 300$ graphic cards for 550$-600$, sometimes more.

Oh that sucks, maybe try looking on used parts you can find some good parts if there is a good market for them where you are. As mentioned higher PC part picker is a good website to check on compatibility or you can ask on /r/buildapc on reddit those guys are really helpful
