suggestion?

(if you have problem understanding that messy sketch, its an insect infesting a human head, its head is coming out on the mouth, with legs on the other holes, its lower body is on the neck part)
i also have problem in creating her costume since her costumes in injustices are similar to armors and not fabric (or maybe its fabric but hard? i dont know), i cant just rip her clothes on the chest, but i want to show her upper body and S symbol... hmmm

An idea here it's not what you asked but I'll say it anyway, you should have its head attached to her head like it's trying to infect her at the same time it's fucking her. As for making it more scary try making the head more human but changed, right now it's more of a skull with an insect inside. Maybe try adding some hair on its head put some part that are more chitin instead of skin. Honestly though I would have made it so that the insect's head would burst out of the skull while the body would come out of the mouth while the legs would get out from any hole available and make some new but that would change a lot of your sketch.
