TIMELAPSE: Creating Christmas Onesie

Good morning guys! With only a couple of weeks till Christmas its slowly becoming a hectic month. I hope you've all done your Christmas shopping and are ready for your Christmas Feast of Epic proportions.

So here is the video of how the Christmas Onesie Image was created. A new technique I've stared to do is once i've painted the main fill colour (eg the skin colour) I fill it in in a separate layer with the darker shadow tone. I then erase where i think the light its in the shadow tone layer to reveal the brighter skin colour. I personally have found it easier to work this way for the past few images. But like all art you really need to experiment and play with what you feel works best for what you are doing.
