Monkeygogo's Cock Ring Guide (HD)

So many people have asked me time and again about Cock Rings! So I thought I'd take it upon myself to make a illustrated guide!

Broadly speaking a cock ring is a ring worn around the penis, usually at the base. The primary purpose of wearing a cock ring is to  restrict the flow of blood from the erect penis in order to produce a  stronger erection  or to maintain an erection for a longer period of time. Genital adornment is another purpose, as is repositioning the genitals to  provide an enhanced appearance.

Cock rings cover 4 mains areas; These are: the base of the penis, the scrotum, the shaft and the glans. The material of a cock ring can be metal, silicon, rubber and even leather.

Personally I find that the use of cock rings can heighten sensations and can lead to intense and powerful orgasms. Though not everybody likes them and not everybody will get the same experience. 

Vendors of cock rings and medical sources always indicate that cock rings are not to be worn for more than about 30 minutes. The first sign of pending problems  is when the penis starts to become numb, painful, or cold. As soon as  this happens, the cock ring must be removed. Stay safe.

A Brief Description

So before we begin I must state that I'm no expert and that this guide is provided strictly for intellectual interest and not to be taken as a medical guide.

Cock Ring
This is the most common kind of ring and can be made from many different types of materials. This ring generally fits on the base of the penis and testicles where the genitals meet the body. During usage blood flows into the penis and engorges it maintaining an strong erection for longer. This can be used as an aid for men suffering Erectile Dysfunction (ED).

Ball Weight
This is a heavy weight ring worn around the testicles.  Many men use ball weights to heighten sensations on their testicles caused by the weights pulling on their testicles. This is also commonly know as "ball stretching"

Oxballs
These are specialized rings that fit tightly around the base of the penis and also separate each testicle. Operating very similarly as a combination of cock ring and ball weight.

Shaft Ring
This is a ring that fits along the shaft of the penis. This ring only restricts blood flow on the penis itself. The shaft ring can fit anywhere along the shaft of the penis, from the base to the neck/glans of the penis head.

Glans Ring
This is a specialized ring made to fit around the neck/ glans of the penis. Uncircumcised men sometimes use glans rings to keep their foreskin drawn back. The ring helps to keep the foreskin in place. Glans Rings can be a full ring or a C ring with a gap.

Penis Plug
This is a combination of a glans ring and a short sounding wand (the plug). The plug is inserted into the urethra and is help in place by a ring fitted on the neck/glans of the penis. Some Plugs are hollow allowing the user to urinate or ejaculate through the plug. 

Remember that inappropriate use of cock rings can lead to injury so be sure to ring the correct fitted ring and to use them for the appropriate duration. And remember to remove the ring if you feel  any discomfort.
