Kentaro 3D Model

I've got a ton of stuff to post this week so excuse the lateness of this post. I did not anticipate so many steps i had to take to get this out! and a large part of this was waiting for the machine to actually 3d print!

So I've been working super hard on this all of last week and I'm really glad to say that the 3D test print came out absolutely fine! I was expecting a few failures since these things can be a little bit of trial and error!

So I've done 2 versions! One with a fundoshi loin cloth and one without! A few friends have requested an erect version which is doable at a later date I think.

I was pretty chuffed with the face and head! The problem I came across was trying to balance the style so that it doesn't look out of place. You could interpret this as if Kentaro was a real life guy this would kinda be what he'd look like!

I'm also super impressed with the pose! How those folded arms push up the pecs really gives him volume! And those drums stick make Kentaro look super manly AF.

The Dick and Balls were not too difficult to model. It was more really a matter of how generous to make him. You really don't want to come across as a total size queen! Too big and everyone will think you have a one track mind - and too small (but thinking its big enough) will make everyone think "oh dear ... poor monkeygogo" T_T

My favourite part though is the Butt! Like how pert and sexy are they? They're totally winning me over in that i will my butt was as bubble butt like. You just want to bite them!

3D printing is not a straight forward process though! We have a resin printer. Generally you will need to add supports that act as support for the model when its being printed and also as something for the resin to grow into ( its not possible to print free floating objects, everything has to have a connection for the resin to adhere to.

The print took a total of 12 hours and during that time is a mistake appears, there's very little you can do to save it!

Once the model is full printed you the supports can be removed. Its quite satisfying a process.

Imma gonna tie him up a mini fundoshi with some real fabric lol. As  you can see its actually quite hard to make out much the detail currently. I'll be spray painting this by help of my BF who's a pro at models and miniatures. So more results to come very soon as well as Part 2 of the Sculpting video.
