This project was our first attempt at game development, and since we worked on it in the limited time we had outside of our regular jobs, completing it was a significant challenge. While the game is simple in content, every step required immense effort, and finishing it was a deeply rewarding experience for us.
This was also our first attempt at releasing an English version. Since the game follows a traditional Japanese visual novel format, we were unsure if it would resonate with players outside of Japan. Despite our concerns, we worked hard to make it accessible, and the fact that people from different backgrounds have tried it means so much to us.
Looking ahead, we’re already thinking about our next project. It will likely follow a similar format and have a comparable game volume to this one. Since we are still learning the basics of game development, we believe it’s important to take small, manageable steps as we build our skills.
We are committed to improving through trial and error, and we hope to refine our ideas and processes with each new project. While there’s much to learn, we’re excited to continue creating stories and experiences through this journey of discovery.
