I too totally understand moving stress (been there many times), but like he says, a deal is a deal, especially where money is involved. Might I suggest you simply add extra time on to his next custom video to make up the difference? There is always a compromise solution.

2023-08-23 18:08:01 +0000 UTCI know you have good intentions and that you’re in a time crunch, but it just doesn’t seem fair. It seems deceptive and dishonest to do that to your patrons. I would rather get a full length video that you deliver a little later. I definitely wouldn’t have joined the tier if it had been advertised as a 3-minute custom video.
