kinda a torture week + commissions

Hello all

sorry to those who I haven't  gotten around about their commissions. I am currently working on the  second one but mental health hit me. balancing Patreon and commission  isn't healthy and I need to rethink my working ways on that.

It's  a good thing I decided to work on your guy's commissions without a time limit. I was setting deadlines to do them all this month but I realized  that isn't realistic. So I'll be focusing on them one by one so please bear with me on this process..

Here's the important part... all  this workflow on commission made me feel a mixture of self-doubt and  unworthy. I might have to redo the commission price lists for the next time I reopen and see what I can offer. don't get me wrong, I love doing work for people, and the heart I put into it and start price low, but how I created the latest commission piece.. I need to reprice them  because of the amount of effort I'm putting into it (communication,  wips, approval, changes, hours a day) and how burnt quickly I get. This is my fault on this side for not knowing better.

I will open commission prices with newer stuff so there will be different varieties that guy's can choose :) thinking from sketches to polished  works and possibly different syled art.

I appreciate the support you guys have given me so far, but now I decided to become full-time self-employed and quit my terrible job I have to make a fair stand with how I work on my stuff.

Thank you so much 😭 i will look at this and remind myself thank you again 💜❤️

Understandable - Do not under-price yourself, and do not feel guilty for the price changes. Anyone trying to haggle you lower is simply not a customer you want, they don't value you or your time and efforts either. Your art is AMAZING and you deserve to make a living doing something you love. Burn out is real too, so it's totally understandable that you could get burnt out really fast. It's good to be upfront about not having a solid work schedule. The right clients will find you ♥ I've waited a full year for pieces and been happy regardless. I do plan to commission sometime, it's just a matter of getting the money set aside ;3 Take care of yourself firstly! We love the art you've shared with us, but we want you to be happy and healthy too ♥
