Hey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to season 4, episode 4 of Demon Slayer! Aww, this was such a sweet wholesome ep! Tokito really showing off his progress not only in his peer-to-peer sparring with the other Hashira, but in really getting back in touch with his original attitudes...at least when dealing with people he knows lol. Tanjiro is here to help him break the ice with his students in the form of a paper airplane contest!!! YAY!!! And next time - it's MITSURI'S turn!!! YAAAYYYYYY!!!! Great ep! Enjoy! ~ MH

Ohhhhhhh ok, gotcha! I thought they were trying to tell us the Upper Four was back lol, thanks for clarifying. Seriously, the Wind Hashira clearly didn't see Tanjiro in action, because after 5 days Tokito had nothing left to teach him! Tokito cares so much, it's true. I liked the paper airplane scene, I think it brought everyone closer! HAHAH I've got pancakes on the brain this week! LOL I'm wondering if Mitsuri is the reason for the title too :P Awesome, thanks for the info, I have more reasons to go to iTunes now! Oooohhh the next arc is gonna be peppy for sure!!!

2024-06-06 10:11:49 +0000 UTCSo thereโs a meme actually going around after this episode: obviously we canโt post images in Patreon comments but once I describe the text you can picture it clearly: Tokito when he sees Tanjiro vs Tokito when he sees anybody else. ๐ Tokitoโs crow is still as rude and insulting as ever and even started a fight with Tanjiroโs crow. If sheโs not careful somebody will literally flip the birdโฆ Itโs kind of funny watching the corps members begging Tanjiro to have Tokito ease up and he says, โhe used to be a lot worse than this!โ Tokito is pushing the members hard for their own good, just like Tengen was - but heโs also pushing himself at a breakneck pace. He doesnโt seem worse for west but spending all that time training and then sparring with other Hashiraโฆ does he have time to sleep? I should point out that the four from last time regarding the eyeballs said โFour,โ not โUpper Four.โ So there is probably a distinction. Speaking of which the lute strumming occurring reminded me of the start of the previous season - I believe thatโs the same individual who would rotate Kibutsujiโs castle just by plucking a note. The Wind and Serpent Hashira training together is revealing that while they want the corps to improve, the true purpose of this is to self improve. But how far are they gonna push themselves? And as for the Wind Hashiraโs comment about Tanjiro not being up to a Hashira levelโฆ not sure you want to say heโs not either, since Tokito dismissed him after five days. As for the othersโฆ better train harder!! I do think using the paper airplane was a way to kind of get both sides to be a little more empathetic towards the others and to realize this is for the good if everyone involved, even though right now it feels next to impossible. The corps members arenโt expected to winโฆ Tokito just wants them to be able to survive. His own concerns far outweigh theirs. Oh hey look, itโs your girl and she brought up pancakes todayโฆ coincidence?? Gee, I wonder who youโre going to feature next weekโฆ Is it wrong that when I saw the next title โI Even Ate Demonsโฆโ I hakfcwinder if itโs referring to her? Sheโs a hungry girl you knowโฆ XD Hereโs another iTunes reminder for you. Also My First Story is fronting the OP and singing backup on the ED with Hyde, I believe. The infoโs in both credits respectively. Iโm gonna guess the next training arc is going to have some pep in itโฆ ๐
