I didn't have any food at home so I quickly went to the convenience store and bought some food to go with rice.😋
Everything was so delicious that the whole meal was gone in no time.😂

One feature which I appreciate in this video is the so-far-small bulge of your lower belly BEFORE eating, which, I assume, results from your abdominal muscles somewhat relaxing "permanently" to accommodate an enlarging GI tract. I look forward to seeing your progress.
