Future of the channel *important update/rant*

Heyo. Been a bit silent lately. Sorry for that.

As some of you might know I tend to edit for other people as well as my own channel. And, honestly, I fucking hate it. I hate editing for other people and I've finally come to realize that. It feels like you're trapped, unable to commit to anything because someone might spring up at any moment to give you a video to work on. Or, they do the opposite and tell you a specific date (so you clear your schedule) and then they aren't even remotely close by that date, so you just waste time which could have been used more productively. 

I made that VeggieTales video in like, less than a week because I was told I would have work at the start of the month (so I made it fast as to not clash with his schedule, was stressing me the fuck out and I feel like the episode wasn't to my standard because of it). And I have been strung along for THE ENTIRE MONTH being promised work "tomorrow". So, I have wasted a month with no Lonely Goomba content solely because of this. I simply cannot allow this to happen ever again as it will kill my channel. I'm kinda pissed honestly.

So, look, I'm gonna just quit editing for people FOR GOOD. I'm done. I've edited for 5 people and only one of them I've really genuinely enjoyed (shout out to Arlo). So what does this mean? Well, basically, I need your support. There's gonna be a brief moment of, not much content. Because I can't just quit with absolutely no notice. I figured I'll at least let him know and give him time to find someone else.

My Patron support is good, in fact I flat out love you guys. But the last thing I'd want really is to quit editing and then suddenly lose support and I'm sorta fucked. So look, if you're somewhat unhappy with lack of content, please please just hang in there a bit longer because I promise you, there's gonna be more Lonely Goomba content than EVER before. 

I've always been conflicted in what I wanted from life, sometimes felt like maybe I was wasting my talents on Lonely Goomba when I can edit so professionally. But, I realize now that I just really like the freedom and the fanbase of my videos which I worked for from scratch, and I don't wanna lose that by editing for someone else. (and tbh I can make more money via Lonely Goomba anyway).

So yeah, that's it. I'm quitting freelance work and just gonna focus solely on Lonely Goomba. No flip flopping, I've decided.
