So she isn't QUITE as bad as most people think she is. Her mom has the key to the place, as she is the real estate person that takes care of it. The house belonged to Chanyeol's grandfather, who recently passed away, and he was their neighbor. Her mom is in the real estate business, so the family must have asked her to look after it. The managers contacted the mom to inform them that 4 of the boys would be moving in, and she had her daughter go and clean the place and run errands for them and stuff. She didn't just break in. Her peeping at them with the binoculars is crossing a line somewhat, but otherwise, she is fine, just a bit of a spaz.
