I've never been to NY but I would assume the same thing. It seems like NY's dating scene is insane. Their expectations/game is pretty... cold, to put it mildly.

Love you Trisha! Everyone here knows that your a genuinely kind person with a good heart. Have you ever thought about moving to New York. I thought you would have a much better time finding more authentic, genuine people. You seem to be finding relationships/ friendships with the same type of people in LA. Maybe a move would be good for your heart, and in New York you could still have all the glitz that you love.
