As a side note, it is... underwhelming? My reaction when we got it was "alright can't wait to play Stardew Valley in VR!" Maybe in 1-2 decades when we have lots of cute indie VR games, I'll be excited for more than 5 minutes, but for now the vast majority of my gaming is in 2d.

2022-01-10 18:42:28 +0000 UTCMy MIL gave us an Oculus Quest 2 she won at her workplace holiday function. I love playing cute fantasy puzzle games on it. Browsing through the app store is horrifying, however. It's full of virtual business conference rooms and other dystopian destinations. It really is a distraction the global 1% are trying to sell the 10%, while the other 90% go down in flames.
