Studio Feed: Starting from Scratch #2 Pt. 4

I start this one out by recording subtle pads from my Minilogue to cut up and have on hand for filling out the arrangement. I then mess around with EchoBoy while recording to get some interesting tape delay sounds to audio.
Around 17:00 I start fine tuning the breakdown into the drop. At 21:00 I add another bell sound with a repetitive counter melody. Around 32:00, I start placing the Minilogue clips and further fine tuning the breakdown.
After that I continue fine tuning random bits of the arrangement, including the drums, attempting to vary the bass a little, and the phases of certain melodic elements. At 1:02:00 I work on fine-tuning the outro through the end of this session.

I have my synths routed to my UAD Apollo Twin interface via a Behringer ADA8200 ADAT interface (which basically just adds more inputs to the UAD). Sometimes I'll go direct into the UAD as well. I followed a few YT videos to get set up with the ADA8200 ADAT interface
