All that without losing art quality either! This is great stuff, BB!

The title cover (page 3) looks like a comic book cover, but also, that little shot of the city street (page 5) looks so good. We appreciate your hard work and attention to detail!!! Second, Aubry's face in the middle panel of page nine is pure gold... and so is Zana getting head-scratches. She's definitely living up to that "exotic pet" role. I feel like at some point we're going to see Grack's offscreen actions come back to haunt him. Particularly the whoring. Beyond that, the exchange between Aubry and Zana is actually something I really like. I feel like it straight-up calls out a tired old trope that really should be addressed more; the childhood friend that's somehow not a romantic partner but wants to be. Zana being forthright about her goals is genuinely refreshing from a genre perspective, even if it's really just being in-character. Not many "new girls" competing with the friend DO that. They just sit back and worm their way in, but in Will's case, because he's NOT just dense as a brick but actively TRYING to remain celibate, it also makes that tactic improbable. Will's life choices also make Aubry's own position pretty understandable since she understand he'd have to compromise his vows to pursue her and she doesn't really seem to want to push the issue that far. At least not yet, anyway. All in all I enjoyed it and look forward to MOAR. Cue the Kylo Ren gif here.
