Maple Manor - Part 01

here is the first part of the Maple Manor pack! It comes with 19 new items (+ 1 extra item available on simmedup magazine - more info soon!)
This set contains a new couch set, a piano, 4 bookcases (2 different heights), a coffee table, side table, console table, 3 new wallpapers, a new floor, 3 book sets to add to the bookcases and a brand new fireplace!
Part 02 will be coming later! (This will be focused on the bedroom/study)
