Added 2023-07-17 23:23:06 +0000 UTCHello! Itβs been so hot in the states, Iβve been mostly staying indoors this summer. I got sick again so Iβve been resting a lot I think overall in my life this is the worst health Iβve had. Beyond hospitalizations as a kid.
Iβve been eating healthily monitoring my vitamins and such. Just because my health has nose dived so much I wonder if changing how I eat and really focusing on health will improve it. I also bought an exercise bike too since Iβm not able to leave home much these days.
