Note on Art Files and Their Usage

I've had questions brought to me lately concerning sharing my art files and thought I'd clarify this a little bit.
I'm making my art files (psd, clip) available at the "File-O-Rama" tier for educational use only.
They're not for use in any format other then to serve as an educational purpose to have a glimpse at the files and how I work with my art. They, nor the content within them, are for commercial use.
