WB would care about who is in power in his territory but not all the emperors are like that, it was stated earlier that Big Mom sees this as a business so she wouldn't really care who is the ruler as long as her sweets are delivered in time.

I kinda disagree on one thing though your reactions to emotional scenes are very good, but sometimes pausing right in the middle of a scene makes the emotion hit a bit less, especially when you’re giving your opinion. Like with the Neptune scene when he was crying for his wife since you played it all the way through without stopping, it actually felt stronger. If you’d paused, maybe it wouldn’t have hit the same. For me as a viewer, I actually enjoy when you pause, it gives more time, more thoughts, and different angles. Maybe you can try stopping, say what you want, then rewind just a little to the start of the emotional part so your reaction feels sharper. Honestly, you deserve way more subs. And one suggestion: in your future One Piece episodes, maybe let YouTube viewers know about your Patreon at the start, some of them might not even know you have it. It’s your right to promote it anyway. Thanks a lot for the two episodes, I’m looking forward to more.
