Or one who sucks fat instead of blood, so she would constantly change size. If she doesn't eat, she loses weight, and if she goes off the rails, she becomes enormous. She could also help people, like liposuction. In short, there are a lot of ideas to choose from; it could even be a survey or alternative comics.
