Just include the collected money in the next seasons' prize pools. It is more convenient for us to subscribe once than to subscribe/unsubscribe every time the season is on/off.

Happy to subscribe to GSL on off season months. The players deserve it. Would be great to be able to buy GSL merchandise in the future.

I am happy to donate monthly even when gsl is not on, as long as it's helping GSL and korean starcraft II scene!

I promise anyone who is donating expects to pay each month, not just months when the tournament is occurring. We love supporting you and everyone involved with GSL.

The company that produces it too needs to take some as well. They probably have the staff already for ASL but it should also support the business - not just players.

I would be perfectly ok paying monthly, even if it's not being used in a tournament at the moment, just to keep things simpler on my end and the administration end. I'm not afraid GSL is going to go up in smoke and someone running away with the money or to be dropped entirely. I just want to support the players and the competition. The GSL has been a part of my life since I was a teenager, and now that I have a good paying job, I want to be able to give back. Keep up the good work, I don't have an opinion on the in-person players (whatever is easier, as a digital viewer it's the same), but commentary being next to each other is wonderful.

BTW you can sub to the $5 tier and then edit your support amount up to $10. That's what I did cause I don't care about replay packs - I see you already sorted your issue in this case, but just so you know for next time :)

Good! I think when we all donated, we expected it to be 12 months a year, with each month's donation rolling into the next season. Good change imo.

When we sign up for $X per month, we're not thinking we will pay this only in season. We are thinking of it as $X * 12 spread out over the year. It's easier to pay $5 or $10 per month than $60 or $120 at one time. So no problem, we understand that there will be gaps between seasons. You don't need to pause donations. One suggestion for you: Looking at the $5, $10, and $30 tiers, I could sign up for the $5 or $30 tiers and get interview videos (which I am interested in, and I am not interested in replay packs). $30 is too much for me, so if I want to get the interview videos, my only option is to give $5/month (although, I am willing to give $10 per month). My suggestion to you is delete the $30 tier, and make the $10 tier give access to interviews + replay packs. I expect a lot of $5 tier supporters would upgrade to the $10 tier if you did that (not for the replay packs, but just to give more support). If you don't want to delete the $30 tier, you could add some other benefits to it. EDIT: Just upgraded my tier to the $10 tier and I was surprised to see that I have access to interviews. The way the tiers are described... $5 tier - interviews, $10 tier - replays, $30 tier - both... makes it seem like the $10 tier loses access to interviews. But I just checked, and I have access to both. If you clarify the tier descriptions, I bet a lot of people will upgrade from the $5 tier to the $10 tier (not because they want replays, but because they want to donate more, but can't commit to $30 per month). EDIT 2: Also totally agree with MacrocosM... Get rid of the borders on the YouTube stream. For people in the US, YouTube is much better for watching the streams.

YouTube you can get the VODs. But if you want to watch it live yeah it sucks.

The thing I care bout is that you stop ruining the YoutTube viewing experience, your Afreeca site is awful and can't be Chromecast smoothly.. I'll actually up my patreon pledge purely if it meant you'd stop with the YouTube Borders and low Res going fwd..

Please share some targets to have more tournaments. I’m sure we could donate more if we know what we’re getting
