Why? Because nothing compares to that contrast!!! Stepping from the heat into cold water π₯
That shift between hot and cold, tension and releaseβ¦ itβs when the body feels most alive, and completely at ease π
Honestly, Iβd probably go to the sauna even in the Sahara π

Great picture. Very relaxing. I have one problem with going to Sauna when it is hot outside. It is very difficult to have a good cooldown. Even the cold baths are pretty warm.
