I needed to scrub the city from my mind, jump in the lake, steer the canoe, watch sunfish as we soak up some rays. Iβm alone with the kids, I always have another adult with me when we camp, being off the grid is a lot of work. But Iβm trying to learn how to do all of the regular things on my own. And Iβm doing it. Weβre doing it! Itβs been a really nice break from lockdown life at home.
