23:40 I think it's important to add there that the reason for beeing able to tell when something looks off gets easier and easier, the more context the drawing has. So as a beginner, it's walking in the dark until there's enough to gage what looks off and what doesn't. For me a lot of improvement happened when I started to understand to make marks that allowed me to see if somethings off earlier in the process. Great video!

2025-05-28 07:04:50 +0000 UTCI've had the problem you're talking about, around 23 minutes in, happen to me so many times. And it's so frustrating! It only shows how important the foundation of your drawing is. Because too many mistakes added on top of each other just makes a weird mess that's impossible to fix. You put that into words so well.
