thank you! honestly, as a beginner or intermediate, i think you shouldn't even worry about social media at all, until and unless you become exceptionally good, otherwise your work just blends in with everyone else's just keep grinding and focus on getting really really good first, and if you do want to post, try not to spent too much time or energy on that, since it's a losing battle at this stage

Maybe you said everything you have to say on this topic, but if not it would be great to hear some extra insights. I personally find growing on instagram extremely frustrating, it feels no matter how much better I get at art I'm still stuck at the same engagement and at the same follower count. I have tried many times posting everyday for a month and usually the results are even worse :D However I look at your instagram and Lashy's and see that there still a lot of room for improvement art training wise which motivates me and you both actually got really good following there that in my opinion you deserve. Artstation seems even more impossible to me, because the quality bar is even higher there. The only luck I found is youtube, however it's more interesting for me to produce art, not videos, so that's weird as well. :D Anyway, I'm rambling at this point, but yeah maybe you can make a podcast about social media as well.
