Thank you for voting in Monday's "Choose a Modern Master" poll! We have decided to split our 4.1 lesson and study Jaime Jones, Rei 17, AND Craig Mullins 🔥🔥🔥
We've read all of your comments and they were full of great insight. They showed us the patreon community is split between those with goals in concept art/realism, and those who lean towards a more anime-inspired style. There are principles we can learn from both styles, and we intend to dissect some of these master works and see what makes them great.
We choose these 3 artists because we can learn a lot from their individual approaches! Ross studied under Jaime Jones and is familiar with some of the tips and secrets he uses in his process. Rei 17 does a great job of mixing style with art fundamentals, and Craig Mullins is a master of value and color.
We'll be studying and concepts from some of these great works and teaching you some more skills to apply to your painting process.
