Apnea Update

So I saw the sleep doctor today. We came to the conclusion I most likely have sleep apnea and itโll help me a ton to get this taken care of. Iโll be doing at at home sleep apnea test in the near future. If the test comes back positive Iโll get a cpap, if the test comes back inconclusive Iโll have to do an in lab study (god I hope I donโt have to do that). Be she said that I most likely have it. Iโm feeling a lot (and I mean a lot) calmer now that weโve gotten to the bottom of this. My anxiety is donโt bullying me for today.
After my appointment I went to Taco Bell and got a bunch of nacho fries. Iโm still hungry so imma make some snackos soon. Thanks for all your support again, all the kind words of support on my last post really helped me through today.
