Pig Machine Thing
Still trying to come up with a design for the helmet I like. Suspended bondage with feeding tube and VR headset. Limbs restrained in bitchsuit-esque sleeves. Tubes and contraptions on genitals and anus to keep subjects happy and take care of all bodily functions. You never have to leave!
