I will say if you go back, my favorite part of my trip was Frederiksborg Castle. It's the largest Renaissance castle in Scandinavia and it's gorgeous (and big as fuck lol). It was maybe a 30-40 minute train ride from the city center, and a maybe 10ish minute walk from the station to the castle. Just a suggestion in case you go back. Also, I did try Juno the baker and they had a saffron bun that was GAS, but I think that may be limited to only around Christmas. The cardamom bun was good as well, but you have to really like cardamom.

Still, if you are ever in Sweden, you should try the traditional Swedish meatball served with mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam. It's called "Swedish meatballs" for a reason. Enjoy your stay in Europe.

It was the first trip I booked on my own so itโs close to my heart but I didnโt like the food either ๐ if you come back to the area though I would recommend A) the kebab spots, and B) flรฆskesteg is so gassss itโs a danish sandwich but it is made with pork and I know youโre heavy into your health so Ionk if you gonna want to eat pork ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
