There is no beef at all between Stray Kids and Ateez as far as I know - some members are even friends! Now, the fandoms on the other hand... The majority is actually pretty chill and they are a lot of staytinys out there. The issue comes with the kpop industry always putting group into competition with each other and toxic fans taking this to another level of toxicity. Kingdom was especially bad and fanwar got really bad during it. And twitter is where you will find the worst of it.

2023-01-11 14:28:26 +0000 UTCmisdeed out on a lot of your recent reactions but now that I'm caught with everything just want to say I'm glad you enjoyed "Fever Road" (wanted to comment on them but felt like it would be extremely annoying commenting on every reaction I missed lol). This stage had a special place in my heart especially with how they decided to just dedicate it to their own fans who believes in them and supporting them throughout the competition when they received and backlash for nothing. the groups are fine, but the fandoms are just not it. I prefer to not indulge with them especially when they accused both ATEEZ & KQ to go overbudget on Wonderland's stage to the point where KQ had to issue a statement. Not just that but it went to the point of literally saying "ATEEZ are the children of Mnet" on literally every content that other artists did as well. All that fandom kept doing was being petty throughout the competition so for me that's not a good look. ATEEZ went through a lot on this show (especially with the hate bandwagon) so to see people like you expressing their supporting and appreciating their hard work despite stanning them foe a short time warms my heart. honestly it surprises how they never fails to come up with new things to incorporate with their stages + how their lore/story was never ditched and still continues even in such show.

2022-11-28 23:35:15 +0000 UTCThe only part of the full episodes that I didn't like were the beginning and maybe the end? I can't remember if they had it at the end too. But that's when they would reveal the ranks. I only stan ateez out of all these groups, so it was definitely hard to watch some parts of the ranking. You get ranked by professional people (like entertainment critics, pro dancers, etc). And then there is also a fan voting (this is where the trouble lies, if your fandom is bigger, you're going to get more votes, thats just how it is. the ideal situation in these kinds of competitions is to vote for the stage that was the best in your opinion. but as you can guess, no one votes like that. they're only going to vote for their stan group. which is understandable honestly. they should have just done away with the fan voting imo). and then the final rank for that round combines the points from judges rank and fan rank. the fanwars are just between the fandoms on twitter. the members of the groups themselves are pretty close as seen from the members talking about each other, whether in kingdom or elsewhere. ever since joining twitter february of last year (2021), i've found that the fighting between many groups has been going on for at least a few months (late 2020 maybe), from how i hear some friends talk about it since they were there for a while. If you like behind the scenes, its worth it to watch the actual episodes because the episodes include them preparing for the stages/performances. It's behind the scenes from mnet themselves. whereas these behinds that you're watching are from ateez staff, since the video is on the ateez channel. definitely some of the best parts of the episodes is them preparing and showing you how they came up with the concept/stage for the round. it's not on mnet channel either. you have to watch the full episode to get those.... i think? i watched it on viki. Ok sorry that was so long. There's just 2 more ateez only performances. but an additional three that are done with 2 other groups. they collabed to create a stage for a rap performance, dance performance, and vocal performance. honestly those were SO GOOD. legendary. esp the vocal. i have never heard such beautiful singing coming from a collab stage before.

2022-11-28 07:51:45 +0000 UTCYeah so stray kids and ateez are 100% cool and are friends. its just that when kingdom was going on the fans started to get a bit rough on twitter I should say. It is a competition show and you know how people get when it comes to their favorites competing but yeah. some things were said and taken to far and it ended up making the fans dislike each other ever since then. But other than that great reaction as always!
