YouTube Thumbnail Opinions!

I feel like my thumbnails have been pretty consistent format wise since a little bit after I started making videos and I’ve asked for feedback about wanting to change it up before which led me to my current ones that I’ve been creating. A lot of people said they like it because they know it’s my video with the design I have but I’m someone who likes to change things up a lot especially design wise. I’ve been playing around with some ideas but wanted some opinions before I actually change anything! I like to keep them pretty simple so maybe transitioning to something like this possibly changing up the photo format and title box look or maybe that’s too plain? Would appreciate any thoughts you guys have and thank you!😊
