Hi guys!
This week, I'm going to make Shiori Novella for my next animation this month!

Taking a look at her design sheet, I'd say that Shiori's design leans on the easier side of the spectrum, especially considering that most of the Holoadvent members tend to have complex designs in order to accommodate with their theme. I guess she's probably 3rd in terms of model complexity, so she's pretty much right in the middle of it. However, one of the biggest obstacles that I've encountered was mostly on the texturing process, especially in regards of her bicolor designs. To put it mildly, I need to separate each cluster of hair into its own individual objects, and then I'd have to add some custom textures on each object in order to make it work. And also, with the lack of templates provided by the sheet, I'd have to get my hands on them during her texturing process. Eventually, I settled on making some custom textures using Clip Studio Paint in order to adhere to her original model.
And voila! I didn't realize I had finally completed all of my Holoadvent collection as part of my portfolio. It's been pretty enjoyable to be honest, but I think it's definitely one of the hardest generations that I've ever made so far in comparison to the other previous generations, such as Holomyth.
I hope you enjoy this week's progress!
