My Shiori Novella's animation process is currently ongoing!
This week, I spend most of my time working on her rigs, that was surprisingly went smoothly, despite the complexity that she has. With that said, my Shiori's model is fully rigged and ready to be animated.
As for the background itself, I decided to go for one of her playable card games that she had, because I think it looks pretty sick despite the scale that the artwork has. Unsurprisingly, I had some rendering issues when dealing with it, so I decided to cut down on the FX department to compensate. There used to be thousands of books as well that I put in there, but my graphics card is begging me hard to stop it, so I kinda removed it as well. The end result still looks pretty sick, I would say. However, most of the shelves are occasionally covered with shadows to give the illusion of size without compromising the performance.
