An aged-up Delilah from Guilty Gear Strive bedwetting in her diaper after passing out drawing one of her "8000 word picture diary entries" which I think means drawing a lot of pictures? She leaks in her sleep and is woken up by Baiken chewing her out for never coming to her for a change before bed.

Since Pokemon is over, I'd say you should draw Misty riding around on the bike she always wanted. Sadly for her it's a tricycle and she's wearing a baby dress tht does nothing to hide her diaper in an event to help advertise an event/showcase of Cerulean City Aquarium's newest batch of baby Pokemon.

I'mma suggest Xion from Kingdom Hearts.

I am going throw out a one punch man suggestion so their is this entity named god who tests people and grants wish’s through black cubes so how about fubuki mange’s to pick up a cube and wish’s for her big sisters tatsumaki powers we see tatsumaki lose her psychic powers slowly along with her potty training as she bumped from class s all the way down to class c while fubuki becomes the new number 2 s class hero looking her diapered big sister

How about Tomoko Kuroki from WataMote walks into her classroom and notices the popular kids giggling. She wonders to herself what they're laughing about, but someone calls her name. Once Tomoko turns around we see her skirt tucked into the back of her diaper

Ryuko and Mako both lying in separate cradles while wearing diapers, booties, bonnets, and pink shirts. They're both sucking on baby bottles of warm milk while Sakuyo reads them a story to help them sleep. Mako has a happy look on her face as she drinks, while Ryuko is more... reluctant, to put it lightly. If there's any dialogue to go with this, that's up to you.
