Early Look: Ghostly ๐ปโจ + my sketch, thumbnails & Feature Friday! โ๏ธ

I wanted to show you a sneak-peek of my first drawing for this weekโs โghostlyโ theme! โจ I feel like this is sooo different from what I normally draw and it was surprisingly really fun! ๐ I realized I never draw spooky things, so it feels like Iโm broadening my subject matter a little and I love it! ๐
Another thing I rarely do is create color concept thumbnails, and I decided to make some before I started coloring this drawing! โ๏ธ
I didnโt know which direction to take the color scheme after finishing my sketch, so I made some quick thumbnails to play around with some ideas I had in my head ๐ the final drawing looks really different, but I went with a purple concept because I love how dark the color palette can get and I wanted a really dark spooky color scheme!
