Over the weekend I asked you guys to drop your suggestions for this month’s tutorial video, and there were so many good ones! 😍 Thanks so much to everyone who left comments, I loved reading through all of them and I’ve written down all your ideas in my notes 🥰 

I’ve put the most popular requests in this poll, so keep reading to see what each topic entails! 💘

• Anatomy: How to Draw Bodies from Back/Side Views: This video will be a part of our anatomy series! We’ve covered how to draw bodies from a frontal view, so this video will cover how to draw the body in various poses from a side angle and a backward angle. We’ll make it fun and use the techniques we learn to draw a character turnaround sheet! ✏️
• Character Interactions Tutorial: In this video I’ll be sharing my techniques and process on how to draw two characters interacting! This will include how you can combine references to create the interactions you want. We'll be covering how to make the composition work around two characters, how to create balance, and how to capture a special spark & feeling in their interaction 👯‍♀️
• How to Paint Simple Backgrounds: For this tutorial I’ll show you guys different ways to create pretty backgrounds behind your characters that are simple and easy! Perfect for when you don’t feel like adding a lot of detail but still want to enhance your drawing 💗
• How to Draw Dramatic Emotions: In the past I’ve covered how to draw expressions (like smiling, frowning, looking sad, etc) but this video will cover some more extreme/dramatic emotions for expressions! We’ll cover how to draw screaming, laughing, silliness, being in love, and more 😈
• Painting a Movie Scene: In this video we’ll be drawing a movie scene together to study capturing a cinematic look! There will be a focus on dramatic lighting, color themes, composition, emotion, and more 🎥
• How to Draw Fantasy Outfits: In this tutorial we’ll be drawing several unique fantasy outfits ranging from simple to complex! This will include in-depth demos on how to render things like shiny metal armor and accessories, feathers, flowy magical materials, and more. After that, we’ll design our own fantasy outfit! 🧚🏻‍♀️
