Take your time to read, it's not about who's the fastest anymore :)

Right so to make things simpler (so I don't have to make too many posts and you don't have to rush in to comment at a specific hour, cuz we all live in different timezones), let's change the game a bit: Just pick a number between 1 - 400 and I'll use a generator to pick a random number out from that to select our winner. In case there are repeated numbers, the first one to pick it in the comment section will be chosen.
