DropBox links Cycled
Added 2017-10-24 22:12:26 +0000 UTCWell, sadly it's happened again. Someone signs up, gets the links and then leaves without paying their subscription. :(
Luckily this is not a common thing, it's only happened twice in the past year so until it gets to be a really big issue, this solution seems to work for now.
Since Patreon is so awful at controlling this sort of thing, my only action is to cycle the dropbox links so no one can have them who is not a subscriber.
I will re-post the links following this message for all the Access levels.

I was using email links previously but for some reason dropbox's invites would end up in people spam box most of the time, it became a virtual nightmare to it that way, but if I email the links myself, and as you said have a subscriber email list that would probably be a smarter way to go about it. And yes, a folder for people to upload pics is a good idea, I will get all that sported this week.

2017-10-24 23:43:01 +0000 UTCSo here's a suggestion might be more work for you though. Might be better to share Dropbox access through email addresses than links. You should be able to make like a workgroup in Dropbox with all the patron emails. When somebody leaves take thier email out of the group. Then when you put a new file up us patrons would get a desktop notification. You could also have a folder in there for us to upload pics of prints too. I use Dropbox for work and its kickass when used this way. I always amaze my bosses at my technical prowess when its really just Dropbox being good haha.

I understand people's situations change and they may just not really be able to afford the subscription (combined with all the other things life throws at you). In this case however, when I look at other patreons that person was supporting I see that are paying people to make podcasts and youtube videos and are subscribing for way more than they were going to be charged from here!
