Well, not really impossible, looking at the slice preview it looks like a serious retraction and bridging test - but honestly I think it can be done...
This actually started it's life a long time ago, I think Telli you might recall me trying to get this right. .I think I finally got it..
The mesh originally when done was 15million polygons... it was redonkulous.. now, he sits in at about 385k polys so its much, much (did I say much?) faster to slice.
Does anyone want to give this monster a try? :p I will have two versions, this and one where there is no smoothing done at all, it will be a rougher print but where you see some of the vertices joining together (like bottom corner of the eyes) will not be like that, it is much cleaner inbetween all the gaps but at the cost of a low polygon print.
