****EDIT***** Have added new parts with thicker swords and a slightly smaller hand/pistol on the left hand if anyone needs a more OCD friendly version... if not you can just say he was mid-regeneration :)
This is the cut version, the full version (being 191mb...) i'll upload after this, just in case it bombs out on me. This is the small base version. I was not happy with the big base with the pile of bodies, it was really rushed and also made the overall deapool size smaller than i'd like. This base is basically enough to keep it balanced but not overboard...oh and one sliced up body at least.
I suggest using supports for all parts, the arms especially as the cuts are not flat (they follow seams in the suit) so when its assembled even without glue, you won't see any lines. The torso base is a flat cut and so is the base base, so no worries there.
I did come across a new weird thing though with simplyfy3D.. when I was slicing the Left Arm with the Desert Eagle... the pistol sliced horribly. although it is totally manifold and repaired etc.
It wasn't until I turned a certain option on that it fixed the issue. So, if you use S3D and the Left arm isnt slicing the pistol properly - go into Advanced in your Process settings , down the bottom right is "Slicing behaviour"
Make sure Heal is enabled and also tick the box that says "merge all outlines into a single model" That should get you by. No idea why this happened just for the pistol, it was a separate model merged with the hand.. if anyone has any major issues with it please let me know, we only need to re-do the left arm if so. My print currently looks to be fine on that arm if using the above settings. Cura and other slicers I'm interested to see how they slice it.
