Some people put Kamiccolo without weights = 17 and Kamiccolo with weights = 18. So, he's slightly stronger. 18 also defers to his decision making and is a year older, so she's more mature, since girls mature faster than boys.

2024-05-22 11:28:11 +0000 UTCIt's interesting to note that the Androids from Trunks time were evil less personality but also less power, I wonder if Dr. Gero having to activate them early was the reason, perhaps the Manga explains it further & i'm being stupid but that's the only explanation, Dr. Gero explained he found it hard to control them so maybe in future Trunks timeline he had more time to lessen there personality & power & activate them at a time he thought best rather than when he needed them to defend himself against the Z fighters.

He supposedly found a way to deactivate the cyborgs in the timeline Cell is from, which of course doesn't require him to be any stronger than he currently is.

2024-05-22 00:38:00 +0000 UTCThis episode is why I said earlier that going with Bulma's impulsive short sighted idea to use the Dragon Balls to find Gero and kill him would've been disastrous for everyone. The Z Warriors wouldn't have been as nearly prepared for the 3 years. Piccolo wouldn't have been nearly as strong after fusing with Kami and Cell would've bodied him easily. But even if they SOMEHOW by some miracle(not likely though) killed future Cell. The Cell in the underground bunker would've lived on and continued to gain data from the Z Warriors.
