I'm not sure if this true or not but I heard someone said that's Dr gero program 17 and 18 to act dumb when cell around them so it's be eazy for cell to get to them. They said this is true. But I might be wrong

2024-06-03 00:54:50 +0000 UTCOR it's the Tri Bean because he's a tri clops. lol but if you want to get into geometry if you rotate a reuleaux triangle on a 2-dimensional plane you can in fact get a square, and as the attack is coming down you see Cell's shadow in 3 places spinning too, so whoever in the writing room came up with "Tri Beam" probably knows more math than most.

It just doesnβt make ANY sense why they all stood there and watch 17 get his ass kicked.

2024-06-02 00:47:49 +0000 UTCIn this instance the Power Levels actually makes sense, because Tien is inputting his Life Force (which has an unquantified boost depending on the user) into the Tri Beam attack which is why he was getting tired so quick, so it's much more powerful than usual.

2024-06-02 00:06:33 +0000 UTCSame question as "why is the picture square when the lens is round?" Tien's Shin Kikoho is more of a blast of concussive force. Its really just meant to push an opponent back, but Semi Perfect Cell does get a few scratches. Imagine if Tien pulled that out of his ass earlier? It would probably have done more damage to anyone else. He could've used it to stun Imperfect Cell and keep him in place while everyone charges up their best finishing blast. Like other moves, it is shown at the last second, but time-frame wise, the character had it all along, even though Toriyama came up with it mere panels later XD
