The last arc of this show was rushed because a lot of things were going on behind the scenes when Togashi was still making the manga. His health began to decline, and Shonen Jump were putting a lot of pressure on him, so he decided to wrap up the story as quickly as he could for his own physical and mental health. I heard originally, he wanted to do much much more with this arc, but it was just bad timing with everything that was happening unfortunately. Some people speculate that a lot of the ideas had planned for the 3 Kings Arc in terms of the story structure and characterization were used in Hunter X Hunter.

2025-03-26 22:49:53 +0000 UTCFantastic episode and great to see a lot the friends the boys made from the tournament. That little demon was Shishi Wakamaru. He was in his Imp Form in this episode but during the tournament he was using his human form. He was the one that had the Bashee Shriek Sword and Cape of No Return. He beat Kuwabara with the cape and ultimately lost to Genkai when she stole his energy.
